1. How to request account deletion

NosoniKids accounts are provisioned by school administrators and cannot be deleted from within the mobile or web application by end users themselves. To request deletion, follow these steps:

1. From the e-mail address that is registered to your NosoniKids account, send an e-mail to kvkk@nosonikids.com.
2. Use the subject line: "Account deletion request".
3. Include the following information in the message body:
   • Your full name as registered in the app
   • Your role (Parent / Teacher / Admin / Driver)
   • The name of your school (for verification)
   • A short confirmation that you understand the deletion is irreversible
4. We will process your request within 30 days at the latest, in line with applicable data protection laws (KVKK, GDPR).
5. Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the same address.

2. What data will be deleted

The following categories of personal data will be permanently deleted:

• Account profile (first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, address)
• Authentication credentials and login history
• All messages, notifications and in-app communication tied to the account
• Push notification tokens and registered device identifiers
• Photos and files uploaded through the account
• Location history collected during bus tracking (if you are a driver)
• App usage logs tied to the account

3. What data is retained & for how long

Some data may be retained after account deletion, in anonymized or aggregated form, where a legal obligation exists or where retention is necessary for fraud prevention. Specifically:

• Billing & payment records are retained for up to 10 years as required by the Turkish Commercial Code, but personal identifiers are removed (data is anonymized).
• Security and audit logs are retained for up to 12 months, in anonymized form.
• Statistical & aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely in fully anonymous form (no link to your identity).

If you are a parent and delete your account, the personal and sensitive data of your child that you have provided (health records, photos, etc.) will be deleted together with your account, unless another verified guardian remains active on the same student record.

4. Children's data

NosoniKids is used by adults (parents, teachers, school administrators, drivers). Children do not directly use the app, but their data is stored and managed by their parents and school staff. Children's data is deleted as part of the parent account deletion process described above, or upon a separate written request by the parent / legal guardian.

1. Hesap silme talebi nasıl yapılır?

NosoniKids hesapları okul yöneticileri tarafından oluşturulur ve son kullanıcı tarafından uygulama içinden silinemez. Silme talebinde bulunmak için aşağıdaki adımları izleyin:

1. NosoniKids hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden kvkk@nosonikids.com adresine bir e-posta gönderin.
2. Konu satırına: "Hesap silme talebi" yazın.
3. Mesaj içeriğinde aşağıdaki bilgileri belirtin:
   • Uygulamada kayıtlı ad ve soyadınız
   • Rolünüz (Veli / Öğretmen / Yönetici / Şoför)
   • Okulunuzun adı (doğrulama için)
   • Silme işleminin geri alınamayacağını anladığınıza dair kısa bir beyan
4. Talebiniz, ilgili veri koruma mevzuatı (KVKK, GDPR) çerçevesinde en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
5. Silme işlemi tamamlandığında aynı e-posta adresine onay mesajı gönderilir.

2. Silinecek veriler

• Hesap profili (ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon, adres)
• Kimlik doğrulama bilgileri ve giriş geçmişi
• Hesabınıza bağlı mesajlar, bildirimler ve uygulama içi iletişim
• Push bildirim tokeni ve kayıtlı cihaz bilgileri
• Hesabınızla yüklenmiş fotoğraf ve dosyalar
• Şoför iseniz servis takibi sırasında toplanan konum geçmişi
• Hesaba bağlı uygulama kullanım logları

3. Saklanan veriler ve süresi

Bazı veriler yasal yükümlülük gereği veya dolandırıcılığı önleme amacıyla, hesap silindikten sonra anonim/özetlenmiş biçimde saklanmaya devam edebilir:

• Faturalama ve ödeme kayıtları: Türk Ticaret Kanunu gereği 10 yıl saklanır, kişisel tanımlayıcılar anonimleştirilir.
• Güvenlik ve denetim logları: Anonim biçimde 12 ay saklanır.
• İstatistiksel kullanım verisi: Kimliğe bağlanamayacak şekilde tamamen anonim olarak süresiz saklanabilir.

Veli hesabı silindiğinde, çocuğa ait sağlık, fotoğraf gibi özel nitelikli veriler de birlikte silinir; aynı çocuk için başka bir doğrulanmış veli aktif değilse.

4. Çocuklara ait veriler

NosoniKids uygulaması yetişkinler tarafından kullanılır (veli, öğretmen, okul yöneticisi, şoför). Çocuklar uygulamayı doğrudan kullanmaz ancak verileri sistemde tutulur. Çocuk verileri, yukarıdaki veli hesabı silme akışıyla ya da veli/vasinin ayrı bir yazılı talebiyle silinir.
